HAIKU
Linda Marshall
|
crisp morning--
a ring of toadstools
but no toads |
|
| |
|
| |
evening darkens--
the brick wall holds the heat
of the day |
| |
|
spring morning--
refrigerator humming
its cool song |
|
| |
|
| |
the raincrow's cry--
even on this sunny day
I think of old age |
|
|
a grackle
plays tug of war--
the rope a worm |
