HAIKU

Chris Eichenberger

winter sun –
      my gratitude,
                   bone deep

  early dusk. . .
                      two ducks paddling darkness

rising sun. . .
through an open window,
magpie jazz

  morning stillness...
       a thousand blossoms
              stuck to the pond

autumn cool. . .
the jack-o-lantern
breathing fruit flies
