viewing the spring moon a sudden gust slams the door behind me	doreen
in the narrow lane a hiker asks for directions	frank
an old tom cat by the Dog & Bone whiplashes pansies	doreen
from the promenade the screech of Mr. Punch	frank
out enjoying catalpa blossoms: bee and I	doreen
your scent on a light breeze arrives before you	frank
on my way to another blind date break in the cloud	doreen
a young swan rises from the riverbank’s mist	frank
late sunshine work on the computer fades quickly	doreen
a mouse scurries across the kitchen’s slate floor	frank
the flooded quarry, now a lake well-known for its beauty	frank
another swig of life— Alice in Wonderland grows!	doreen
at the carol concert, fumbling through each pocket for his vodka flask	frank
as with the heron's return neck stretched to see you	doreen
all photos burnt, she wants to remember him just as he was	frank
small frog, such a humble dive into the moon	doreen
after sunday school mum gives each child a hot cross bun	frank
I take the stray dog into my heart	doreen
outside the shelter cherry blossoms whirl around in the wind	frank
in the amphitheater our conductor spikes a star	doreen
