HAIKU

Vladislav Vassiliev

sunset...
how many pixels
in the matrix?

  starry night…
a spider caught under
the colander

watercolor---
with a sigh, the lily
dries out

  lilac blossoms,
along with morning breeze---
a muezzin's call

both ends of the night
- moon
and satellite dish

Vladislav Vassiliev was born in Russia. For the last eight years he has been living with his family in London, UK, where he works as an investment banker.
