HAIKU

Keiko Izawa

frosty night
the musician tunes the guitar
to her breath

  ice skating
into his hand
my whole weight

lost in thought…
in the empty sky
kites cross

  city café
the caged bird chirps
beside the forest painting

long winter…
the kitten stops playing
with a shuttlecock
