Nikolova


Lidia Rozmus is a Polish-American haijin. She is known for her Sumi-e painting, and she creates haiga with the medium. Her artworks have been shown many times nationally and internationally.


Antoaneta Nikolova is a Bulgarian haijin who teaches philosophy of the East at the South-West University. She has published three books of poetry.


Elizabeth Searle Lamb (1917-2005) began writing haiku in 1963. Her contributions to the haiku community included service as President of the Haiku Society of America and also as Editor of Frogpond.


Bam Dev Sharma is a Nepali haijin. He teaches English language and English literature at the University of Nepal. A number of his haiku and other poems have been included in several websites worldwide.


Kuniharu Shimizu was born in Tenri, Nara, Japan in 1949. He received a BFA from the University of Hawaii. One of his paintings won a purchase award at the Artists of Hawaii Exhibition, and became part of the permanent collection at the Honolulu Academy of Arts.

He returned to Japan in 1972. He has held group exhibitions in Ginza and Tokyo and his paintings have been appeared in numerous nation-wide exhibitions. His design awards include 1st Place in the Ichiretu-kai Scholarship Foundation Logo Mark contest, and 1st Place in the Japan Toy Association Logo Mark contest.

He has been an ordained minister of Tenrikyo Church since 1978. His family includes a wife and two married children.
