Haiku ~ Belle Nabor

moon,
you stare at me
like i'm so pretty covering
  my silent reverie---
  this endless fog
high tide---
I dip my hand to catch
the racing moonlight holding
  a disposable cup---
  it seems so useless now
circling
my window---
the beleaguered fly
