Graham Nunn: Haiku

through the old fence
my daughter's gap-toothed smile
  sun bathing
  the shell's pattern repeated
  on her skin
winter dawn
steam from the kettle
mixes with sunlight the hare flees
  listening
in the arc of its leap
fresh cut lawn
a dandelion left
for the bees
