Haiku by Ron P. Nhim

receding fog,
frogs diving into the pond
to hide.

without a tear,
dandelion seeds let go
searching for new homes

cold wind
a squirrel in a leafless tree
has no place to hide

out of nowhere
a road sign with graffiti---
home is miles away

waiting for spring
an old lady in the window
staring
